Exchange Policy

If a return is reported after the 12-hour window and up to 2 days after delivery, you will no longer be eligible for a monetary refund. Instead, this exchange policy will apply, allowing you to exchange the item for another product of equal value. Please note that for an exchange, the product must be in its original, undamaged, and unused condition with all tags intact. Additionally, all delivery charges for exchanges must be paid by the customer in all circumstances.
