Refund policy

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected at our facility. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original, undamaged, and unused condition with all tags intact. If you wish to return a product for a monetary refund, you must report it within 12 hours of delivery. Please note that return delivery charges must be paid by the customer.
